Instructions:

  1. Pre Heat Oven
Pre heat the oven to 350°. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the ground beef
In a medium skillet on medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up into crumbles. This takes approximately 7 minutes. Remove skillet from the burner and let rest for 2 minutes, then transfer the browned beef to a paper towel lined plate to cool. This allow the meat to re-absorb a little bit of the fat.
  3. Combining the Ingredients
In your stand mixer, combine the ground all ingredients, mixing well
  4. Roll out the Dough & Cut
Dust a clean surface such as a countertop with oat flour and roll out the dough to approximate 1/4" thick. Using a 3" cookie cutter, cut as many cookies as possible using all of the dough. Lay the cookies on the parchment lined cookie sheets so they do not touch each other.
  5. Bake, Cool, and Let the Dogs Enjoy
Bake at 350° until crisp, approximately 30 minutes. Let cool and serve!
